Uplands Neighbourhood Association (UNA) is a not-for-profit society, registered under The Societies Act and is a 100% volunteer organization.

Volunteer on Committees and contribute to your community
Vote at our Annual General Meeting and elect our Board of Directors (one vote per household membership).

Fees are used to cover expenses such as registration under the Societies Act, website fees, legal disbursements, printing, bank fees, Directors’ insurance, etc. Full accounting of expenditures will be provided in the Treasurer’s report at the Annual General Meeting.
Our bylaws establish one vote per property, even when two or more individuals are on title. Voting privileges extend to the registered owner of a property or to a renter who has arranged for a proxy from the owner.

Membership is $25 per household for the period January 1 to December 31 each year.
